- Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential / Level 2 or an equivalent certification: Holding the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential / Level 2 (or equivalent) indicates a high level of coaching expertise.
- Coaching Tenure of at Least 5 Years: Coaches must have a minimum of five years of coaching experience to be eligible.
- Professional Coaching as the Main Work Activity: Demonstrating that professional coaching is the primary focus of your career is a key requirement.
- Relevant and Significant Business Experience: Coaches should have substantial business experience that is relevant to their coaching practice.
- Operating Own Professional Coaching Company (Sole Proprietorship): Coaches who run their own professional coaching company as sole proprietors are eligible for consideration.
- Professional Website with Profile and Coaching Services Overview: Maintaining a professional website that includes a comprehensive profile and an overview of coaching services is essential.
- Working and Secure Website (HTTPS, No Viruses): Ensuring that your website is both operational and secure, with HTTPS and free from viruses, is important for credibility.
